As our Overnight Engineer , you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps our hotel running smoothly during the quiet hours. Whether it's responding to an unexpected maintenance issue or conducting proactive inspections, you'll ensure a seamless, safe, and comfortable environment for both our guests and team. At our hotel, no two nights are the same. You'll be a vital part of keeping the hotel safe, comfortable, and fully operational, all while ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience—even at midnight.
What You'll Be Doing:
Take charge of all overnight maintenance needs, responding quickly to guest issues or unexpected power outages, plumbing leaks, and equipment malfunctions. Perform preventative maintenance and complete special projects to keep the property in peak condition. Patrol the hotel to identify safety concerns, code violations, or repair needs—your keen eye keeps everything in check. Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and safety for guests and staff alike. Maintain clear records of all maintenance work, including repairs, parts used, and next steps for follow-up. What You Bring to the
Team:
A high school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a bonus!). Prior experience in maintenance or engineering—hospitality experience is a plus. Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. A self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to work independently.
