## Standard Job Description The design team member will support design and construction of Weapons System Infrastructure & Capabilities (WSIC) projects to include major facility modifications, construction projects, and support equipment installation projects for the Trident II missile. During Design, the design team member will develop and review facility engineering design packages, including drawings and sketches, technical specifications, and cost estimates. Facility project designs will be evaluated for compliance with engineering principles and best practices, company standards and policies, customer contract requirements, and relevant specifications and regulations. During construction, the design team member will review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure alignment with design intent. Regular site visits will be conducted to verify that constructed facilities meet design specifications and company requirements. Any construction deviations or deficiencies will be identified and reported to the project team, and corrective actions will be ensured. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. ## Basic Qualifications

• Experience with creating Statements of Work
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
