This leadership position is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and property appearance while leading a high-performing engineering team.

What You'll Do Lead and manage all hotel engineering, maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs. Oversee building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life safety, and guest room maintenance. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations. Manage departmental budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships. Recruit, mentor, and develop the engineering team. Respond quickly and effectively to operational and emergency maintenance needs. Partner with hotel leadership to ensure an outstanding guest experience through exceptional property maintenance. What We're Looking For Required Experience Previous experience as a Chief Engineer in a full-service hotel is
REQUIRED
. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Additional qualifications include:
Extensive knowledge of hotel building systems and preventative maintenance programs. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Working knowledge of OSHA standards, life safety systems, and applicable building codes.
