Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Keep HVAC equipment running smoothly: Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Respond to temperature control requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders, troubleshooting and adjusting HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable environment Monitor system performance: Conduct visual equipment inspections of mechanical equipment and parts to proactively identify potential issues Support system operations: Assist with the start-up, shut-down, and daily operation of HVAC equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
