Job Description
HVAC Division ManagerNortheast Florida NEFL Contractors is looking for an established HVAC industry leader with a proven book of business and the relationships to bring it with them. We are not looking for someone to simply manage an existing HVAC department. We are looking for a proven HVAC professional with decades of experience, an established reputation, and existing customer relationships who is ready to bring their business to the next level. The ideal candidate has spent years—or decades—building relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers, commercial clients, contractors, and other referral sources throughout Northeast Florida. If you have a customer base that trusts you, a network that follows you, and the experience to lead an operation, we want to talk to you. Bring Your Customers. Build Your Division. NEFL Contractors can provide the platform, resources, structure, and operational support to allow an established HVAC professional to take the customers and relationships they have built over their career and turn them into a significantly larger and more profitable operation. We are looking for someone who can: Bring an existing customer base and established book of business. Leverage decades of industry relationships to generate immediate and sustained revenue. Take ownership of the growth and direction of the HVAC division. Build structure and accountability into the department. Efficiently manage technicians, crews, scheduling, service, installations, and customer relationships. Recruit and develop a team capable of supporting substantial growth. Establish systems and processes that allow the department to scale. Develop new customers while continuing to grow the relationships you already have. Work directly with ownership to build the HVAC division into a major component of the company. Who We Want This opportunity is for an established HVAC veteran , not someone looking to simply step into another management position.
