High-Rise Condominium Maintenance Department Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of a high-rise condominium building. This role is responsible for HVAC systems, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, and building operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for residents. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in high-rise residential, commercial buildings, property management, or facilities engineering.Job Title:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.

Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, RTUs, and ventilation systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP systems) Operate and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) / Building Management Systems (BMS) Complete preventive maintenance (PM) and routine inspections Respond to work orders, service requests, and emergency maintenance calls Maintain equipment logs, CMMS records, and maintenance documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and local building codes Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property management teams Support capital improvement projects and system upgrades Maintain overall facility operations and building systems performance Manage building systems operations and long-term maintenance planning Oversee central plant operations (chillers, boilers, cooling towers) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Manage mechanical contractors and outsourced repairs Lead energy efficiency and sustainability initiativesQualifications:
Experience in one or more roles: HVAC Technician, Building Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, and building systems Experience working in high-rise, commercial, or residential buildings Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Familiarity with BAS/BMS systems (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.) Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programsWork Location:
In person, on-site at the condominium complex in Marco Island, FL.Work Environment:
High-rise residential building environment, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, and occupied units. This role combines hands-on HVAC work, facilities maintenance, and building operations responsibilities.Job Type:
