The ideal candidate will have a strong residential HVAC background and a minimum of 5 years of proven HVAC sales experience . This position is for a professional who can accurately diagnose HVAC systems, build trust with homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience. Perform comprehensive system inspections and identify repair and replacement opportunities. Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally. Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners. Accurately assess equipment condition, efficiency, and remaining useful life. Prepare estimates and explain investment options to customers. Close HVAC replacement and repair sales. Perform or oversee quality HVAC service and repair work. Document system conditions with detailed notes and photos. Maintain professional communication throughout the entire sales process. Follow company standards for safety, customer service, and workmanship. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience. Strong residential HVAC knowledge and technical understanding. Proven ability to sell HVAC repairs and system replacements. Strong closing and customer communication skills. Ability to diagnose HVAC problems and explain solutions to homeowners. EPA certification preferred/required as applicable. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Professional appearance and attitude. Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
