Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning / Management Establish and manage annual maintenance / repair plan and budget
- Request for renovation, and issue a purchase order (PO)
- Manage maintenance / repair performance Investment Planning / Management Establish and manage annual investment plan and budget
- Review construction investment techniques
- Review construction drawing and make simple modification (P&ID, etc.)
- Write down specifications for a new construction, and write down construction documents for a public use
- Request for new construction's quotation, and issue a construction purchase order (P/O)
- Manage construction investment performance Facility Inspection and Technical Support Review / repair the facility based on the requests received by the system
- Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly facility inspection
Identify the cause of the construction abnormalities and review the technology. Prepare the reports of abnormalities to manage the history (if needed) Government Relations Respond to regular elevator inspection Audit Preparation & Response Create and manage documents on construction required by
PSM / ISO
Design / order / manage construction by
PSM / ISO
Take appropriate measures to improve construction, and correct non-conformities specified by
PSM / ISO
Facility Construction Management / Supervising Supervise the facility construction (due to repair and extension of facility, or due to change of production line)
Request purchase of construction parts (purchase request)
Purchase order on construction materials
Inspect materials Emergency Planning & Response Plan and execute emergency trainings on natural disasters, lack of power, and release of harmful substances
Other tasks as assigned
Skill and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial or Electrical / Automation engineering (preferred), Equivalent experience accepted
Experience with construction in manufacturing industry
Ability to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
Excellent communicator who can train both hourly and salary team members.
Must be a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision.
Ability to support any shift in a 7-day work pattern
Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors consisting of outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
