Job Description
HVAC Controls Application EngineerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Controls Application Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and supporting HVAC control systems that enhance building automation and energy management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of control systems and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement HVAC control systems for building automation projects.
Provide technical support for HVAC control systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective control solutions.
Conduct customer training sessions on the operation and maintenance of HVAC control systems.
Develop and review electrical schematics for control systems.
Integrate various system components to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements in energy efficiency.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in HVAC controls or building automation systems.
Strong knowledge of Controls Systems, DDC Controls, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).Experience in energy management and system integration.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to provide technical support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer training.
