Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical facility systems and equipment. This position plays an important part in helping keep HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems running efficiently and safely while supporting day-to-day site operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and equipment. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior elements, and related production equipment. Complete assigned facility inspections, report conditions affecting client occupancy and operations, and support energy-efficient, safe operation of equipment. Update work order status in real time, use CMMS systems such as Corrigo, submit P-card receipts daily, and support call-in work and other assigned duties.

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of overall system design and applications, along with a valid state driver's license and the ability to use CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
