Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance operations. In this role, you will oversee the management, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across multiple properties. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems will ensure our facilities operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Duties Lead and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building infrastructure. Conduct inspections of mechanical systems to identify issues early. Maintain detailed schematics and technical documentation for all systems to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and repairs. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the facilities maintenance team. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment.
