Temp-to-Hire Maintenance Engineer Requirements High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment Experience with forming presses and die changes required Experience with rotary die presses and troubleshooting required Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and procedures Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic math skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

training or experience preferred Key Responsibilities Perform machine repair, maintenance, and equipment upkeep to support production operations Complete preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and maintain accurate records Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime Repair, replace, and reteach machine components and equipment as needed Perform die changes and troubleshoot forming press operations Troubleshoot and maintain rotary die press equipment Assist with machine operation when production operators are unavailable Move and stage production materials to support manufacturing efficiency Perform measurements, inspections, and reporting according to work instructions and
