Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books. Conducts walk-through inspections; changes belts, filters, adjusts volume dampers, checks gauges, coils, drain lines, bleeds gas lines, resets compressors, check unit sensors, relocates ductwork and troubleshoots to locate sources and cause of malfunction. Assists with estimating parts, supplies, equipment and labor hours needed to complete assigned repairs and monitors computer for malfunctions. Maintains quality of air, air flow and temperature at on and off-site facilities; adjusts valves to regulate temperature of lubrication oil and flow of water through system. Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment. Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations. Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
: High School diploma or technical certificate required as well as a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience with commercial industrial equipment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must have state current state HVAC license/certificate.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities. Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in high/precarious places, be near fiberglass insulation and electrical current. Occasional exposure to a casino environment which includes exposure to gaming related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise, high volume guest/employee contact in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
