As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Facilities Operations team supporting building operations, maintenance programs, and client satisfaction. $44-$47/hr. What's the Job? Oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems, including HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while maintaining documented maintenance plans and procedures. Respond to emergencies, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and vendors performing onsite services. Collaborate with clients and property management teams while supporting ongoing safety, operational, and technical training initiatives. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in building engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related role. Maryland Stationary Engineer License (Grade 3 or higher) required. Experience maintaining HVAC, boiler, plumbing, and electrical systems in a commercial or medical office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and CMMS systems.
