Base Salary:
$55,000-$65,000
Annually Commission:
Uncapped OTE:
Approximately $120,000
Travel:
Less than 10% Kodiak Labor Solutions is partnering with an established mechanical contractor to hire a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative . This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands commercial HVAC and can turn that technical knowledge into customer solutions and revenue. You'll work with new and existing customers to identify, scope, estimate, and sell HVAC projects including equipment upgrades, retrofits, remodels, and design/build work . This is not a transactional sales role. We're looking for someone who can walk a jobsite, understand the customer's HVAC needs, develop a practical solution, put together an accurate proposal, and build relationships that generate repeat business. What You'll Do Develop HVAC solutions for new and existing commercial customers Sell equipment upgrades, system retrofits, remodels, and design/build projects Build and maintain customer relationships that generate repeat business Identify and pursue new project opportunities Conduct jobsite surveys to develop accurate project scopes Prepare estimates covering labor, materials, and project requirements Develop and present detailed customer proposals Manage opportunities and maintain visibility into your sales pipeline Coordinate with operations and project teams to support successful project execution Communicate with customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle Build relationships within the local market and position the company as a preferred HVAC solutions provider What We're Looking For Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred 5+ years of HVAC field experience preferred Knowledge of commercial, institutional, and/or industrial HVAC systems Ability to evaluate HVAC needs and communicate technical solutions to customers Experience with HVAC project sales, estimating, service sales, retrofit sales, or a related background is highly desirable Strong customer relationship and business development skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences Self-motivated and comfortable working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency Four-year HVAC-related degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
