SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Engineer II is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. The Maintenance Engineer II performs basic electrical, plumbing or other craft work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or building elements in good working condition.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Wage:
$24.87-$30.30/hour
Shift:
8:00am-4:00pm
Hours:
40 hours/week Education, Experience and Credentials High school diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of experience with Mechanical Equipment and/or maintenance-related field required, preferably in a long-term care or housing setting. State of MN Special Class Boilers License required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license preferred. (East Campus Only)

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
