Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical MEP Designer with 5+ years of experience in HVAC design to support commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects. This role will focus on designing and coordinating mechanical systems from concept through construction, ensuring code compliance, efficiency, and constructability.
Responsibilities:
Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork, and hydronic systems Prepare construction documents and specifications using Revit Perform energy code compliance and ventilation calculations Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams Participate in client meetings and respond to contractor RFIs Support construction administration and occasional site visits
Qualifications:
5+ years of HVAC design experience in the MEP industry Proficiency in Revit required Strong understanding of mechanical codes (IMC, ASHRAE standards) Excellent communication and time management skills

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
