Maintenance Engineer III

Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, electrical, and telephone systems. Assists with emergency situations, as needed. Minimum of four years' experience in at least two of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing or telephone systems. Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics, Welding of other electrical, structural, or building discipline is highly desired and preferred. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Must be capable of maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside, sometimes in extreme temperatures. Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools such as drills, electric saws, hammers, sewer snakes, etc.... Respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to stoop, bend, jump and carry heavy loads. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to maneuver on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs. Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in all situations. Must be able to learn and retain locations, operation and repair procedures of the property mechanical systems, equipment and life safety system. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Responsible for monitoring, servicing and repairing all ice makers, walk-in coolers, freezers, beer chillers, yogurt machine and all refrigerators. Maintains working conditions of restaurant equipment including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers and buffet line equipment. Monitors temperature controls in Casino and Theater and makes adjustments to tabs and thermostats on heating and air conditioning equipment to keep guest comfortable. Responsible for ordering parts, receiving and stocking parts and maintaining parts inventory. Designs and installs refrigeration and heating and air conditioning equipment. Designs and installs ducting, grills, controls for changes and new additions to heating and air conditioning systems. Maintains Hotsy Pressure washer and Biocinematic Electronic air filters.
