Job Description

Mechanical Engineer at VA Hospital - Bachelor's Degree Required We are seeking an experienced licensed Mechanical Engineer who will be located at the Durham VA hospital in North Carolina. This position is an hourly contract position with a maximum of 40 hours a week. The contract is for one year with two extension option years. The candidate must be a United States Citizen to work on this federal property. We are not able to offer any kind of visa sponsorship, like H1B.

Ensure System Sequences of Operations:
Verify that air handler units, chillers, and heating systems are operating seamlessly.
Bid Phase Collaboration:
Collaborate with contractors during the bid phase to ensure design integrity.
Field Verification:
Assess existing systems for renovation projects, providing essential data.
