2991422608-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial properties. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, conduct inspections, manage work orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You'll partner with property and facility managers, support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives, and provide responsive service to high-profile clients. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across a mobile portfolio Respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and complete work orders using mobile/CMMS tools Conduct routine inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure safe, compliant operations Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives aligned with client and JLL goals Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors performing maintenance and repairs Maintain parts inventory, tools, and equipment in safe, operational condition Collaborate with property and facility managers to plan and prioritize work Follow all OSHA, EPA, and local codes, safety policies, and risk management procedures Communicate effectively with clients and occupants, providing professional, timely service Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response as required by the portfolio Required Skills HVAC systems maintenance Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting Building automation systems (BAS) Preventive maintenance planning Mobile work order systems/CMMSSafety and regulatory compliance Vendor and contractor coordination Energy efficiency practices Technical documentation Customer service in commercial real estate
