Role:
As a CBRE HVACMobile Engineer, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment forcommercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This job is part of theEngineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment andsystems. What You'll Do- Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities withinyour team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoingmaintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with applicablecodes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine the best course of action forequipment modifications, and apply your expertise to maintain, operate, andrepair HVAC systems and associated equipment, including electrical distributionand plumbing systems.
- Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, while alsocompleting maintenance and repair records as required.
- Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily workresponsibilities.
- Apply an in-depth knowledge of standard principles, techniques, and proceduresto accomplish complex tasks and solve non-routine problems.
- Coach others and share your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and broadknowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

- Impact the quality of your work and the work of others on the team, ensuringthat tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Explain complex information to others in a straightforward manner, ensuringthat team members and clients understand technical details and solutions. What You'll Need
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-relatedexperience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and educationwill be considered. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing,walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of50 lbs. or more.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions and applyinnovative thinking to your work
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel,and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset, capable ofanalyzing and solving mildly complex problems.
- Sophisticated math skills, with the ability to calculate mildly complex figuressuch as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
