Full-Time About the Opportunity We're working with a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company that operates one of North America's largest high-performance computing facilities. This is an opportunity to join the operations team supporting a 350MW mission-critical data centre , maintaining the mechanical infrastructure that keeps one of the world's most advanced AI facilities operating at peak performance. You'll be responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of critical mechanical systems, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability across the site. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on critical mechanical equipment. Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and plant equipment. Maintain chilled water systems, pumps, valves, piping and HVAC infrastructure. Support cooling system operations, including

CRAH/CRAC

units and associated equipment. Carry out routine inspections and equipment rounds. Respond to mechanical alarms and support emergency maintenance activities. Complete work orders and maintenance records using CMMS. Work closely with electrical, controls and operations teams to maintain facility uptime. Follow all site safety procedures and maintenance standards. What We're Looking For Experience maintaining industrial or mission-critical mechanical systems. Background within data centres, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, utilities, power generation, commercial buildings, hospitals or similar critical facilities. Experience working with equipment such as: HVAC systems Chillers Pumps Cooling towers Heat exchangers Hydronic/chilled water systems Air handling equipment Mechanical plant Strong fault-finding and preventative maintenance experience. Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment. Ability to work independently and within a shift team. Preferred Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent technical experience. Previous experience within a critical facility or data centre. Experience using CMMS systems. Knowledge of preventative maintenance programmes and safe working practices. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
