The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, maintenance management, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. Duties Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Oversee the maintenance and operation of all electrical systems, including high voltage equipment. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize facility performance. Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues. Fabricate components as necessary to support engineering projects and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all engineering activities. Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and project updates for upper management. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Experience Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within an engineering environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on maintenance management. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
