Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on engineering professional to support the performance, reliability, and upkeep of critical building systems across assigned facilities. Our team is representing a role that is focused on maintaining HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner while helping reduce downtime and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and equipment. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior areas, and related grounds and production equipment. Complete facility inspections and due diligence efforts, and report conditions that affect client occupancy and operations. Use CMMS systems such as Corrigo, update work order status in real time, and submit P-card receipts daily.

Required:

Minimum of four years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering. Strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance. Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment. Valid state driver's license and availability for call-in work. Knowledge of overall system design and applications. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
