Key ResponsibilitiesLead MEP design and coordination for commercial, industrial, and ground-up projects.
Prepare and review engineering calculations, equipment selections, layouts, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems in compliance with codes and client requirements.
Coordinate BIM/Revit models with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure integration.
Develop specifications, bid packages, and scope documents; review submittals and shop drawings.
Provide construction support, site visits, contractor coordination, and resolve RFIs/field issues.
Monitor MEP budgets, schedules, costs, and change orders with project teams.
Support commissioning and startup activities to validate system performance and compliance.
Mentor junior staff, perform QA/QC reviews, and provide technical guidance.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations.
QualificationsProven experience designing, coordinating, and supporting MEP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.5+ years of MEP design/construction experience in commercial, industrial, or ground-up projects.
PE license preferred; EIT or active PE pursuit considered.
Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.Strong HVAC design knowledge, including load calculations, equipment selection, and controls.
Experience with plumbing and fire protection system design and applicable codes.
Electrical design experience or ability to coordinate electrical scopes.
Background as an MEP Project Manager, Project Engineer, or MEP Engineering Manager is a plus.
Knowledge of CAD standards, construction documentation, budgeting, and cost tracking.
Experience with commissioning, construction, procurement, submittal reviews, and large-scale projects is a plus.

$140,000 - $215,000 (Based on Experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team and lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects.
