Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join a team in Oklahoma City, OK! This role focuses on maintaining facility operations, with an emphasis on HVAC systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and customer service. Facilities Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain HVAC systems to ensure efficient and reliable performance. Respond promptly and professionally to customer service requests. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for timely maintenance and repairs. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in facility and HVAC management.
Facilities Engineer Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in facility operations, HVAC maintenance, or mechanical systems preferred. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Basic computer skills for logging maintenance records and communicating with teams. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools as needed.

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
