Senior Facilities & Reliability Engineer Exton and Wayne PA The Senior Facilities & Reliability Engineer provides technical leadership across facilities engineering, maintenance reliability, and mechanical integrity programs within a biomedical manufacturing environment.

You Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in:
  • Facilities engineering and/or maintenance reliability
  • Biomedical or highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Root Cause Analysis and reliability engineering
  • Capital project delivery
  • Mechanical integrity and compliance programs
  • Maintenance and reliability methodologies
  • Experience with:
  • SAP or equivalent CMMS
  • AutoCAD or similar tools
  • Data analysis (Excel, Power BI preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Facility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressed air, BAS) The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position.
Individual pay offered will bebased on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
Salary:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage,paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
