CADD/REVIT
Technicians to support the Mechanical and HVAC drafting and design for commercial buildings at our growing office in Pittsburgh, PA. As an Engineering Technician, you will ‎perform 2D and 3D modeling using AutoCAD, Revit and other BIM360 applications. Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for mechanical, HVAC and plumbing drafting and design for MEP projects. Set up CADD drawings and Revit models, diagrams and layouts. Perform 2D and 3D drafting techniques and coordinate with various engineering disciplines. Collaborate with engineering team members in cross-functional setting to ensure that the design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client's expectations.
Qualifications:
Desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative environment. Interest or desire to learn HVAC and plumbing systems. Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.‎ Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.‎ Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.‎
Requirements:
Associates or Technical Degree in Engineering Technology, CADD or applicable field of ‎study.‎ 3-5 years experience in MEP design or HVAC building systems experience is preferred.‎ Training and/or experience in 2D drafting using AutoCAD is required. Proficiency in 3D modeling using Revit, Inventor or Solidworks is high preferred. MS Office software applications is preferred.‎ Must have the ability to work occasional overtime.
