What does a Maintenance Engineer do? Maintenance Engineers are responsible for the continuous operation and day to day functionality of the property. Using computerized systems, they organise repairs and oversee routine maintenance. They're also involved with monitoring and control devices and sometimes in the creation of items that will help in equipment maintenance. Day to day operations will vary depending on the needs of the business.
