Facilities Engineer We're hiring an experienced Facilities Engineer to support the daily maintenance and operation of a busy facility. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and general facility maintenance Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Complete maintenance and repair requests Inspect building systems and equipment Identify and address maintenance or safety concerns Perform minor repairs to fixtures, doors, equipment, and building components Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs Maintain a safe, clean, and properly functioning facility Document completed maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
