Champion HVAC is seeking an experienced, actively licensed Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor to serve as the responsible HVAC license holder for our growing HVAC company. This is not a field technician position. We are seeking a qualified contractor who can provide legitimate oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maintain high professional standards across our HVAC operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate and maintain an active Texas HVAC contractor license with the company, as legally permitted Provide responsible oversight of the company's HVAC operations Help ensure work is performed in accordance with TDLR requirements, applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and accepted industry practices Review technical, permitting, safety, or compliance matters when necessary Support management in establishing proper HVAC procedures and quality-control standards Assist with license-related documentation, registrations, renewals, and regulatory requirements Remain reasonably available for consultation regarding HVAC installations, service work, inspections, and compliance issues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor License in good standing Class A license preferred; qualified Class B candidates may also be considered
