This role is pivotal in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless integration of industrial automation and process engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing systems, project management, and engineering troubleshooting, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality enhancement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional projects, implement lean manufacturing principles, and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate manufacturing process improvements through project scheduling, root cause analysis, and lean management techniques. Develop and review detailed schematics, CAD drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo), and system layouts for manufacturing equipment and tooling. Create layouts Conduct engineering data analysis to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and support Six Sigma initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, quality assurance, and production staff to facilitate continuous improvement projects. Manage factory equipment maintenance schedules, tooling specifications, and industrial equipment upgrades. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex engineering issues related to process engineering or industrial automation. Support factory experience initiatives by developing training materials and mentoring team members on best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are preferred. Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role within a factory setting. Strong knowledge of project management principles including project scheduling and resource allocation. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo; experience with schematics design is essential. Demonstrated ability in engineering troubleshooting, process engineering, and quality improvement programs. Familiarity with manufacturing data analysis tools and techniques for process optimization. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, GD&T standards, and continuous improvement strategies. Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical information clearly.
