Strong customer service experience.
Be computer savvy and comfortable working with systems/software.
Ability to understand and gather customer specifications and requirements.
Ability to use those specifications to help design or configure a refrigeration system.
Comfortable working with a pricing model to prepare quotes or pricing.
HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus, but the client can provide training.
