Full Job Description Capability Integration Facilities Engineer The Opportunity:
As a facilities professional, you understand that relationship‑building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing facilities engineering and capability integration and development efforts. We need an experienced facilities project manager who can apply analytical skill, technical engineering knowledge, and strong communication to support the Marine Corps in identifying and integrating facility‑related capabilities in to existing and emerging operational requirements. On our team, you'll help manage and support facilities capability integration efforts across headquarters and regional commands by reviewing operational capabilities and modernization plans, engineering documentation, technical scopes, validating facility and infrastructure requirements, preparing structured planning and programming inputs, and coordinating with stakeholders to support capability development. You'll assist with identifying discrepancies, risks, including technical and execution, contributing to requirement summaries, supporting enterprise alignment activities, and preparing materials that strengthen the Marine Corps' ability to incorporate facility‑focused engineering considerations into emerging technical capabilities and operational requirements. In this role, you'll closely impact enterprise planning by supporting capability integration workflows, reviewing and preparing technical documentation, reviewing and updating project justification and cost estimates, monitoring schedule and execution activities that will help shape long‑term infrastructure strategy in support of operational requirements. By facilitating stakeholder coordination, engineering review, and requirements validation, you'll help advance enterprise capability development that aligns with mission goals. You Have:
Knowledge of facility engineering principles, building system performance, or installation sustainment practices Ability to interpret engineering inputs, technical reports and drawings, field conditions, or planning information and incorporate them into structured summaries for leadership review Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support gathering and tracking of schedule, requirements, facility lifecycle workflows or technical review preparation Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience supporting facilities engineering, facility lifecycle workflows, infrastructure analysis, or engineering support activities, or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience supporting facilities engineering, facility lifecycle workflows, infrastructure analysis, or engineering support activities

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
