What You Will Be Doing Execute comprehensive mechanical maintenance, rapid fault-tracing, and emergency breakdown repairs across an array of high-speed processing and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot, maintain, and rebuild complex conveyor systems, high-speed belts, sortation lines, and mechanical drive assemblies. Diagnose and service high-pressure pneumatic systems, pneumatic valves, heavy-duty hydraulic pumps, and fluid power loops safely. Utilize welding equipment as needed to modify structural frameworks, repair machine guards, and reinforce production floor components. Partner closely with production leadership to maintain an immaculate, fully compliant manufacturing footprint that meets strict sanitation and safety standards. What We Are Looking For Industrial maintenance background featuring a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience troubleshooting machinery in a fast-paced production environment; hands-on familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors is required. Fabrication fundamentals backed by a proven ability to handle basic welding and torch-cutting tasks for machinery repair applications.
