Long Term Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with strong HVAC industry experience to lead manufacturing process development, new product introduction, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Hands-on HVAC manufacturing experience is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes for HVAC products and systems. Lead NPI, DFM/DFA, prototype builds, pilot production, and production launch activities. Develop and implement tooling, fixtures, equipment, automation, and manufacturing cells. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis. Perform process capability, cycle-time, capacity, line-balancing, and cost analyses. Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, process flows, BOMs, routings, and work instructions. Troubleshoot HVAC manufacturing and production issues and implement corrective actions. Support equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and process validation. Identify opportunities for automation, productivity improvement, cost reduction, quality improvement, and waste elimination. Collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and HVAC product teams to ensure successful product launches. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.

Essential:

Direct HVAC manufacturing experience, preferably with HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, air handling units, heat pumps, chillers, compressors, or related products. Strong experience with NPI, DFM/DFA, manufacturing process development, and continuous improvement. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Experience with CAD and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
