2:30 PM to 1:30 AM Job Overview We are hiring an Engineering Technician to support a critical manufacturing line. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates and recent graduates who are eager to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing and production line operations Work closely with engineers and operators to resolve issues Follow work instructions, control plans, and procedures Perform basic troubleshooting and collect production data Assist with process improvements and documentation Work on the production floor (cleanroom environment with PPE) Required Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Coachable with a willingness to learn Reliable with a strong sense of ownership Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to read and follow work instructions Familiarity with basic tools (multimeter, measurement tools) Preferred Qualifications Internship, co-op, or hands-on manufacturing experience Experience in assembly, production, or technician roles Basic problem-solving or root cause analysis skills Exposure to process improvement Medical device industry experience (a plus) Education Technical Diploma, Associate Degree, or Engineering Degree preferred Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Experience 0-5 years preferred Fresh graduates with strong soft skills will be considered Interview Process Phone screening Onsite interview

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
