Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, and electronic issues as they arise on the production floor, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. Support new product development and pilot builds, including building first-article or first-time units before release to full production. Assist with root cause analysis for production and quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. Proven experience troubleshooting electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies in a production or lab environment. Strong ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with operators, technicians, and engineers. Comfort providing technical guidance, direction, and coaching to others on the production floor. Willingness to work onsite on a full-time basis with flexibility to support overtime and occasional weekend work. Solid understanding of basic electrical and electronic principles relevant to manufacturing and assembly. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in engineering, electrical, and manufacturing contexts.
