Kohler, Wisconsin job type: Contract salary: $22.22 - 27.48 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Perform a variety of code test procedures (ASME, CSA, ASTM, IAPMO) on plumbing products using specialized equipment like environmental chambers and universal testing machines. Maintain meticulous records of test procedures, evaluate performance capabilities, and author clear, professional technical reports for customers. Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration on laboratory equipment in accordance with

ISO 17025

procedures. Prepare and organize incoming test samples, perform precise color matching, and optimize daily testing workflows under minimal direction. Partner with senior lab staff and interface with customers to gather project context, highlight deviations from standards, and support team objectives.
