Job Description:

We are looking for a Hardware Lead to drive end-to-end hardware design, development, and validation for embedded/automotive systems. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality design, and supporting system integration. ???? Key Responsibilities Lead hardware design & development (schematics, PCB, system architecture) Define HLD/LLD and review design outputs Oversee component selection, circuit design, and board bring-up Drive debugging, testing, and root cause analysis (RCA) Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards Collaborate with software, validation, and system teams Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members Support customer discussions and technical reviews ????? Required Skills Strong experience in hardware design (analog/digital, PCB design) Knowledge of embedded systems and ECU hardware Experience with schematic tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence) Understanding of power, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC Hands-on debugging and lab testing skills ? Nice to Have Experience in automotive or EV domain Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) Exposure to high-speed interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, PCIe)
