Design of analog and mixed-signal building blocks; i.e. Bias Reference, Voltage Regulator, PLL, ADC, DAC, operational amplifiers, filters, High speed SerDes, etc.

Simulate designs with CAD tools

Work with team members to verify functions/performance in module and system levels

Perform mixed-signal simulations

Guide the layout designer of circuit blocks for high speed performance and meet design rules

Document designs and simulation results and conduct design reviews

Operate lab equipment to validate silicon against chip and system specifications

Requirements/Qualifications:
Education:

BS is required

Experience in the area of mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.

Experience with Cadence Design Environment and circuit simulators.

Experience in nano meter processes and FinFET transistor circuit design.

Pay Range:

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
