3003318612-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Arrow Electronics is seeking a Hardware Engineer to design and optimize electronic hardware solutions for industrial and commercial customers in the wholesale technology sector. You will develop schematics, guide PCB layout, run simulations, and perform validation and debugging to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll support product definition, rapid prototyping, and design reviews while contributing to continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing across a global engineering organization. Responsibilities Design and develop electronic hardware for industrial and commercial applications Create schematics and guide PCB layout to meet performance and reliability targets Run simulations and perform hardware validation, testing, and debugging Ensure designs comply with relevant industry and safety standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product definition and architecture Support prototyping, bring-up, and design reviews with internal and external partners Document design decisions, test plans, and results thoroughly Contribute to continuous improvement of hardware design processes and tools Required Skills Hardware design PCB layout Circuit simulation Embedded systems fundamentals Signal integrity analysis Analog and digital electronics Testing and validation Schematic capture Hardware debugging Documentation and compliance
