Job Description

A product development and engineering consultancy in Wilmington, MA is hiring a full-time, hybrid Principal Electrical Engineer Manager to lead the design and development of cutting-edge medical devices, robotics systems, and embedded electronics. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, working with technologies including embedded systems, PCB design, firmware development, microcontrollers, and electronic system architecture. You'll help shape product architecture, mentor engineers, drive projects from concept through commercialization, and work on innovative technologies that have a real-world impact.
