About the Role As a Hardware Systems Engineer, you will drive product reliability by spearheading the analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex electronic systems. You will play a pivotal role in bridging design and production, ensuring that our technical solutions meet rigorous industry standards through innovative testing and manufacturability reviews. Responsibilities Design and implement robust test apparatus to validate system functionality against technical specifications. Analyze electronic components and assemblies to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine PCB layouts, Gerber files, and panel designs for seamless manufacturing. Perform comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to optimize production efficiency and quality. Document test cases, progress reports, and technical manuals to ensure clear communication of design methods. Manage component selection and alternative sourcing to support project timelines and cost-effectiveness. Maintain strict adherence to ISO quality standards by proactively identifying and resolving process non-conformities. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple design elements simultaneously. Proficiency in advanced mathematics, including calculus, for system analysis and troubleshooting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration. Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Experience with PCB design software and in-house testing tools. Familiarity with quality management systems and standard operating procedures. Demonstrated initiative in continuous improvement and process optimization.
