- BAE Systems is seeking a Senior FPGA Design Engineer!
- Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status along with the ability to obtain a minimum of Secret Clearance
- Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. \#ESFPGA
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 4 years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree (less years with advanced degree) Current Security Clearance (Secret), or eligible to obtain one Experience in FPGA (preferred) or ASIC Design / Development VHDL (preferred) or Verilog HDL coding Familiarity with Xilinx Vivado or Intel/Altera Quartus Digital simulation using Modelsim/Questa Experience with static timing analysis and clock domain crossing techniques Experience with high speed interfaces like SERDES, PCIe, DDR2/3/4, LVDS Familiarity with revision control (GIT, CVS, Clearcase, Subversion, etc.

- Ability to implement requirements into micro-architecture Experience modifying and enhancing legacy FPGA designs Experience in working independently as part of a design team a plus Experience in hardware design and hands-on lab debug Experience working with FPGA design verification teams Some experience with data conversion techniques (ADC/DAC) a plus

Full-Time Salary Range:
$97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
