("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Design and bring up high-performance DPU boards and modules — schematic through debug on real silicon. What you'll do: Own schematic design and layout oversight Bring up boards and debug at the bench Run design verification and margin testing Support DFM/DFT with manufacturing engineering Document designs and drive ECOs What you'll bring: 5+ years board-level hardware design High-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, SerDes) experience Strong lab/debug skills BSEE Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
