Role:

Responsible for design, analysis, documentation, verification, and test of PWB designs for space applications including both analog/power and digital architectures. Work on the full lifecycle design for related flight electronics in high reliability systems for space applications; define requirements, write specifications, perform analysis and implement designs from concept to hardware. Lead and work with team of engineers and technicians. Interface with customers, and compile and present data to justify design. Serve as a subject matter expertise for PWB design and IPC standards.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Responsible for design, test, and delivery of printed circuit boards; complete signal and power integrity circuit analysis and other analysis necessary. Travel is required in order to provide field support at customer and/or vendor facilities. Will work on full PCB life cycle including providing direction to PCB designers and/or manufacturers, and working within an integrated project team with other disciplines such as packaging, parts, reliability, production and quality assurance.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related engineering degree field. 2-7 years: Printed Circuit Board Development. 2-7 years: Circuit Design, with emphasis on high reliability electronics. A valid/clear driver's license is required.

Special Requirements:

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
