Job Description
Join a team focused on maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations across manufacturing environments. In this role, you will support environmental, health, and safety programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a strong culture of workplace safety and environmental stewardship. What You Will Do Implement and maintain environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) procedures, work instructions, and compliance programs to meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Conduct routine EH&S audits, inspections, and incident investigations; document findings, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution of identified risks. Deliver and maintain required EH&S training programs, including emergency response, hazardous material handling, and site-specific compliance training. Evaluate new and existing manufacturing operations to identify EH&S risks and implement measures that support regulatory compliance and worker safety. Coordinate safety committees and multi-shift safety support activities; monitor action items and report compliance, inspection, and incident metrics to management.
