EHS Manager Compulink Cable Assemblies of Florida, Inc. seeks an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs in our high‑reliability manufacturing facility. You will own compliance with OSHA, EPA, and customer requirements; conduct risk assessments and incident investigations; manage hazardous materials and waste; and drive a proactive safety culture on the production floor. Partnering closely with operations, quality, and engineering, you will integrate EHS into daily processes, lead training and audits, track key metrics, and champion continuous improvement to protect our people, products, and customers. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures for a manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, and customer-specific environmental, health, and safety requirements Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations with root-cause corrective actions Lead safety training, emergency response drills, and toolbox talks for production and support teams Monitor and report EHS metrics, trends, and audit findings; drive continuous improvement initiatives Oversee hazardous materials management, waste disposal, and chemical handling controls Partner with quality, operations, and engineering to integrate EHS into process design and daily workflows Coordinate regulatory inspections, internal audits, and documentation for certifications and customer requirements Promote a strong EHS culture focused on accountability, housekeeping, and safe work practices Support ergonomics, PPE selection, and industrial hygiene monitoring in manufacturing areas Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program management OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance Risk assessment and job hazard analysis (JHA) Incident investigation and root-cause analysis EHS training development and delivery Industrial hygiene and ergonomics basics Hazardous materials and waste management Data analysis and EHS metrics reporting
ISO 14001 / ISO
45001 or similar systems Technical writing for policies, procedures, and reports Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or similar credential a plus OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification strongly preferred Experience with ISO 14001 and/or
