Position Summary The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process while supporting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to maintain regulatory compliance and a safe workplace. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Suppliers, and Customers to drive continuous improvement and support quality and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection plans, and control procedures. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications. Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformances using root cause analysis and implement CAPA. Analyze quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct internal process and product audits. Support new product introductions through FMEA, Control Plans, Process Validation, APQP, and PPAP. Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve incoming material quality. Support and maintain
